Hi and Welcome to Orange Tea Kettle!

What is Orange Tea Kettle?  Orange Tea Kettle is a collection of recipes and memories from my Mom’s kitchen.  It’s something I’ve been working off and on for several years. When I first though of this project, I told my Mom my idea and I was able to talk with her regarding various recipes and memories.  During our weekly lunches I would ask Mom a question and invariably pull out her recipe book to copy a recipe.  Even when Mom was ill I continued to ask questions and copy recipes.   Mom is no longer with us, but this is a small way to remember her.

This blog is dedicated to my Mom, Janice, and my husband and children.
